Financing is the third step, not the first. You settle the design and the price before it ever comes up, so you know exactly what you are financing.
Design consultation
We walk your property, talk through how you want to use the space, and put a design on paper.
Written scope and fixed price
You get the scope in writing and a fixed project price. This is the number you build on.
Review your financing options
With the price settled, you review options through our lending partner. Approval and terms come from the lender.
Permitting and construction
Engineering, permits, and the build itself, managed by a licensed Florida contractor.

Why it matters who builds it
Financing pays for the project. It does not protect it. That part is on the contractor you hire.
Licensed and insured
We are a licensed Florida contractor. Your project is pulled under our license, with the insurance that goes with it.
Engineered and permitted
Structures are engineered and permitted for Florida wind and soil conditions before anything gets built.
One contract, one point of contact
Design, permitting, and construction run through us. You are not coordinating separate trades against a payment schedule.
